1. Eligibility

The Last Call! Gift Haul Giveaway is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Participants must be physically present at the event to enter, participate, and claim prizes. Participants may be required to provide identification to verify their age and eligibility.

 

2. How to Enter

Guests may enter the hourly giveaway by scanning the designated QR code located at the event and submitting their name, phone number, and email address. - Participation is completely free. - No purchase, donation, or payment is required. - Each eligible individual may submit one (1) entry per hour. - Multiple entries by the same individual within a single hour may result in disqualification. - Entries are accepted during the event's advertised giveaway hours, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.

 

3. Hourly Drawings & Winner Selection

One (1) participant will be randomly selected per hour using an internet-based random number selection system. Each eligible entry will be assigned a number for the applicable drawing. Winners must be physically present when their name or number is announced to participate and claim their prize. A total of up to six (6) hourly drawings are scheduled during the event. Exact drawing times will be announced by event management. If a selected participant is not present or does not respond within the announced claim period, event management reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

4. Prizes & Values

Prizes are awarded through interactive games, including a Balloon Pop Game and Bean Bag Toss. Balloon Pop Game – VendorBux Participating winners may select and pop a balloon containing a randomly concealed VendorBux prize in one of the following denominations: - $10 VendorBux - $25 VendorBux - $50 VendorBux - $100 VendorBux Balloon contents are concealed, and neither participants nor event representatives know the prize amount inside any particular balloon before it is popped. Prize amounts are determined by the contents of the selected balloon. Bean Bag Toss – Gift Cards & Vendor Prizes Participating winners may play the Bean Bag Toss to reveal a designated prize, which may include: - Gift cards from local businesses - Merchandise or gifts contributed by participating vendors - Other promotional prizes with an estimated retail value of $5–$25 Prizes are subject to availability and may vary throughout the event. The advertised phrase "WIN UP TO $100 EVERY HOUR!" refers to the maximum potential prize value available through the promotion and does not guarantee a $100 prize, a cash award, or a specific prize value in any drawing.

 

5. VendorBux Redemption Restrictions

VendorBux are promotional event vouchers with a stated redemption value equivalent to U.S. dollars when used toward eligible purchases from participating vendors, including merchandise, food, and beverages. - VendorBux are not cash or legal tender. - VendorBux cannot be exchanged for cash. - VendorBux may only be redeemed with participating event vendors who accept them. - VendorBux have no value outside the designated event redemption program. - No cash change will be provided for purchases below the stated VendorBux denomination. - VendorBux may not be sold, duplicated, or fraudulently reproduced. - Lost, stolen, damaged, or unused VendorBux will not be replaced or refunded. Event management reserves the right to verify the authenticity of VendorBux before redemption.

 

6. General Prize Conditions

All prizes are awarded as available, without any guarantee of a particular prize, denomination, brand, or retail value. Gift cards and vendor-contributed merchandise may be subject to additional restrictions, expiration dates, or conditions established by the issuing business. Prizes have no cash alternative. Event management is not responsible for product defects, vendor availability, third-party gift card restrictions, or dissatisfaction with prizes provided by independent vendors.

 

7. Fair Participation & Disqualification

To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience, event management reserves the right to disqualify participants who submit fraudulent entries, attempt to manipulate the drawing process, provide false information, interfere with games, or violate event rules. All eligible participants in a given hourly drawing have an equal opportunity to be randomly selected. Selection does not guarantee any particular prize value.

 

8. Liability & Release

By voluntarily participating, entrants acknowledge that interactive games, including balloon popping and bean bag tossing, may involve ordinary physical risks. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Laray Event Management, Last Call! Gift Haul, participating vendors, event partners, sponsors, employees, representatives, and venue operators from claims arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, or redemption of prizes, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Participation is voluntary, and entrants agree to follow posted safety instructions and event staff directions.

 

9. Personal Information & Communications

By submitting an entry, participants authorize Laray Event Management to collect and process their name, telephone number, and email address for giveaway administration, winner notification, event-related communications, and marketing communications as described in the organization's Privacy Policy. Marketing text messages, if offered, require separate consent where applicable. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the event organizer's published Privacy Policy.

 

10. Changes, Interruptions & Final Decisions

Event management reserves the right to postpone, modify, suspend, or cancel drawings or games when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, technical failures, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Decisions concerning eligibility, rule enforcement, prize verification, and winner selection are final to the extent permitted by law.

 

11. No Purchase Necessary

Admission to Last Call! Gift Haul is free, and participation in the giveaway is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase from any vendor does not increase the odds of being selected. Odds of selection depend on the number of eligible entries received for each hourly drawing. Prize values are determined by the applicable game and its available prizes.
