Every aspect of the event is centered on helping shoppers discover, support, and purchase from small businesses, makers, creators, and local brands.
BASE FEE + VENUE (if applicable) + MARKETING + LOGISTICS / Vendor Acceptance Cap = TOTAL VENDING FEE
AFTER YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVAL, THE MINIMUM DUE MUST BE PAID WITHIN 2 DAYS.
We receive a vast number of inquiries and cannot hold space past 2 days.

How We Promote the Events 📣
A big part of Last Call! Gift Haul Vendor Festival is making sure each event is intentionally promoted before, during, and after the shopping experience.
Promotion begins before each event and continues after the event to help build awareness, drive attendance, highlight vendors, and keep the momentum going even after the last shopper leaves.
Our marketing may include a strong social media presence, event announcements, vendor spotlights, community sharing, local partner promotions, curb signs, and announcements distributed throughout participating cities.
Depending on the event, promotion may also include radio, print media, local business partnerships, and additional community outreach.
Our goal is simple: to help create well-promoted events where vendors feel seen, shoppers feel excited, and the community has a reason to show up and support small businesses.
